It's time to show up: A Nurse’s Journey through writing

I’ve always wanted to write—to reach people through words, to connect, to reflect, and to be able to release. Writing has always been a great outlet for me, but like so many things in life, writing has been pushed aside by the chaos of daily responsibilities. I’ve made excuse after excuse, telling myself I’ll start tomorrow. Tomorrow is finally here and every time I sit down and let my fingers touch the keyboard, the words pour out. It’s like opening a valve—energy flows, emotions surface, and something inside me exhales.
